Popis:	Bifunctional chiral thioureas have been successfully used as organocatalysts in enantioselective fluorinations of β-keto esters. The corresponding products could be obtained with good to excellent enantioselectivity in high yields by using N-fluorobisbenzenesulphonimide (NFSI) as fluorination reagent.
