| Popis: | This report describes a patient who presented to our hospital in stable condition after sustaining a mediastinal gunshot wound and was found by arteriography to have a traumatic fistula between the ascending aorta and the pulmonary artery. Arteriography should be considered for transmediastinal penetrating wounds when the patient is asymptomatic. |
