Popis: | Resonant-type piezoelectric impact motors (PIMs) can extremely improve the moving speed and loading capacity of traditional PIMs. However, it is difficult to match the inherent vibration modes of the stator with specific ratios of resonant frequencies and vibration amplitudes. In this paper, a novel high-power piezoelectric resonator with matched vibration modes is designed using two piezoelectric stacks and integrated asymmetric flexible mechanism. Structural design and working principle of the piezoelectric resonator are introduced. Finite element analysis is used to search the matching condition of the vibration modes. A prototype piezoelectric resonator is tested to validate its high-power ability in the matched vibration modes. |
