Popis: | ÐÐ°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑабоÑа поÑвÑÑена инÑегÑаÑии ÑиÑÑовÑÑ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÑоÑеÑÑов в ÑиÑÑовÑÑ Ð¿Ð»Ð°ÑÑоÑмÑ. ÐÑа Ñема оÑÐµÐ½Ñ Ð°ÐºÑÑалÑна в поÑледнее вÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð² ÑвÑзи Ñ ÑазвиÑием конÑепÑии ÐндÑÑÑÑии 4.0 и ее акÑивнÑм внедÑением в ÑовÑеменное пÑомÑÑленное пÑоизводÑÑво. ЦиÑÑовой плаÑÑоÑме оÑведена клÑÑÐµÐ²Ð°Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð»Ñ Ð² ÑÑой конÑепÑии: она облегÑаеÑ, ÑÑкоÑÑÐµÑ Ð¿ÑоÑеÑÑ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑеÑвиÑов и пÑиложений, Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼ÑÑ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾ÑганизаÑии ÐнÑеÑнеÑа ÐеÑей. Ð ÑабоÑе пÑедÑÑÐ°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñие ÑÐ²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾ ÑиÑÑовÑÑ Ð¿Ð»Ð°ÑÑоÑÐ¼Ð°Ñ , Ð¸Ñ ÑазновидноÑÑÑÑ , знаÑении ÑиÑÑовÑÑ Ð¿Ð»Ð°ÑÑоÑм в ÑовÑеменной конÑепÑии пÑомÑÑленного пÑоизводÑÑва. ÐпиÑÐ°Ð½Ñ Ð¿ÑоÑеÑÑ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¸ÑÑÑалÑнÑÑ ÑÑÑÑойÑÑв на оÑнове ÑиÑÑовÑÑ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹, наÑÑÑойка ÑиÑÑовой плаÑÑоÑмÑ, меÑÐ¾Ð´Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑегÑаÑии ÑÑÑÑойÑÑв в ÑиÑÑовÑÑ Ð¿Ð»Ð°ÑÑоÑмÑ, а Ñакже пÑоÑеÑÑ ÑазÑабоÑки и ÑеÑÑиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° ÑÑебной ÑÑÑановке. РазÑабоÑан опÑималÑнÑй алгоÑиÑм подклÑÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑÑÑойÑÑв в ÑиÑÑовой плаÑÑоÑме, позволÑÑÑий ÑавномеÑно ÑаÑпÑеделиÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ñоки даннÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´Ñ ÑÑÑÑойÑÑвами. ÐолÑÑенное ÑеÑение пÑоÑеÑÑиÑовано на ÑÑебной ÑÑÑановке, и показано, ÑÑо ÑвойÑÑво вÑÑокой маÑÑÑабиÑÑемоÑÑи ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð»ÑÐµÑ Ð¿ÑимениÑÑ ÐµÐµ на ÑеалÑном пÑоизводÑÑве. This work is devoted to the process of integration of digital models into the digital platform. It is relevant last years since the concept Industry 4.0 becoming popular. Digital platform plays key role in this concept: it speeds up and makes easier the process of development of applications and services that are necessary for implementing Internet of Things. This work provides general information about digital platforms, kinds of digital platforms, place of digital platforms in the modern industries. This paper contains description of the process of creation of virtual devices based on digital models, deploying and setting up a digital platform, devices integration methods, implementing and testing. The optimal algorithm for connecting devices to the digital platform, that allows even distributing of data between devices. The resulting solution was tested on training system. It was shown, that high scalability of this solution allows to apply it on real manufacturing. |
