Popis:	Sonographic examination of the abdomen and of superficial lymph nodes in a patient with weight loss and rectal bleeding showed numerous lymph nodes with partially cystic areas. Biopsy and histological examination revealed mantle cell lymphoma. Additional staining with immunological markers confirmed the diagnosis of cystic transformation of the lymph node sinuses.
