Popis: | From the stem bark of Shorea hemsleyana, a new dimeric stilbenoid with a five-membered lactone ring, shorealactone (1) was isolated. The absolute configuration was determined by means of 2D NMR techniques and X-ray crystal-structure analysis of its 4-bromobenzoyl derivative 1e by means of anomalous scattering of the Br-atom. |
