Popis:	A CHCl 3 extract of the stem bark of Picea jezoensis var. hondoensis (Pinaceae) afforded two triterpenoids named piceanonols A and B with a novel 14(13 → 12) abeo -12α H -serratane skeleton. Extensive NMR studies, MS spectral analyses and X-ray crystallographics established their structures as 3β-methoxy-14β,21β-dihydroxy-14(13 → 12) abeo -12α H -serratan-13-one and 21α-methoxy-14β-hydroxy-14(13 → 12) abeo -12α H -serratane-3,13-dione.
