Popis: | The work is focused on the study of the gas sensitivity of structures based on ZnO nanorods at room temperature under conditions of ultraviolet irradiation. Nanostructured layers of ZnO nanorods were formed on ceramic substrates with interdigitated electrodes. The gas sensitivity of nanostructured ZnO layers to isopropyl alcohol vapor upon heating and at room temperature with ultraviolet irradiation has been studied. It is shown that nanostructured ZnO coatings under ultraviolet irradiation have sufficient sensitivity for practical use. |
