| Popis: | In response to our previous article by Mr. Robert Rogers, P.E., we received a timely comment via e-mail from Mr. Jon A. Schmidt, P.E., expressing his support of the concerns raised in the article. His comments are included this month along with two articles involving reinforced concrete masonry and compaction grouting of soils. I truly believe that our readers need to become more enthusiastic about writing short articles relating their ‘‘real world’’ experiences to their colleagues. Our continued success depends on long-term reader interest in the information which is published. We need letters and articles from our readers to maintain this flow of interest. Remember that only one positive review from an editorial board member is necessary for publication.
