Up-to-date laboratory-instrumental methods of diagnostics of the main endocrine systemdiseases, in the first place diabetes mellitus and endocrinopathies, which should becarried out collaterally with the analysis of the clinical picture, since the level of the bloodhormones does not always correlate with the evidence of the clinical symptomatology, arecited in the article.Objective. To analyze the literature data and the results of own experience in order tosubstantiate the most optimal additional methods of examination for the early detectionof major endocrinopathies.Conclusions. 1. In the applied endocrinology, the primary role in the recognitionof diseases is played by the evaluation of the clinical picture with the subsequentappointment of a range of additional diagnostic methods. 2. Necessary close cooperationbetween medical doctors and employees of the diagnostic institution, all the more, thatthe dynamics of the results of laboratory and instrumental indices is also important inthe process of treatment. If necessary, they should be repeated or carried out in anotherdiagnostic institution, because any laboratory is not insured against mistakes. |
