Popis: | The transition of amorphous films Fe33 at% Si obtained by flash evaporation into the crystalline state during isothermal and isochronous annealing is investigated. It is shown that this transition is a kinetic process and is not characterized by a definite temperature. This transition results in formation of crystalline structure, the fineness of which strongly depends on the evaporation conditions of the film, its thickness, and linkage with substrate. Changing these parameters films may be produced with sizes of crystalline grains from 10−2 to 10 μm. The transition of films removed from the substrate and films on the substrate is compared. |
