Popis: Early diagnosis of glioma may be achieved by detecting the molecular biomarkers in brain tissues and body fluids. Terahertz (THz) and infrared (IR) absorption spectra of mouse blood plasma were studied in the dynamics of the U87 glioblastoma development. Machine learning methods were used to identify the most informative THz and IR spectral ranges associated with glioma molecular markers provided the best distinguishing animals with and without glioblastoma.
