This study is carried out by analyzing the optional version of blockchain technology use to overcome vulnerabilities in the confirmation of intellectual property eligibility. It is concluded that the blockchain technology has a transnational nature of application, which can help to overcome the consequences of territoriality in the protection of IP rights. Attention is focused on the protection of IP objects existing at the moment in the digital environment as the most real way of applying the blockchain technology, aimed at strengthening IP rights. |
