Popis:	The author responds to Amendt-Lyon's article using the Gestalt Cycle of Awareness for the structure of her response. Wilson-Sanford compares the Gestalt Cycle of Awareness to the Creative Process. Then Wilson-Sanford talks about her use of some of the principles of creativity mentioned by Amendt-Lyon and describes how she uses them in her work in very concrete, pragmatic ways. Lastly she talks about the challenges in organizational development comparable to those in Gestalt therapy—for example, that of being courageous enough to create—which means letting go of habitual, albeit successful, techniques and being willing to step into the unknown and the here-and-now with the client.
