Popis:	In this paper we construct a functor that we call localization functor defined in the category of complexes of left A-modules where A is a not necessarily commutative ring and we study some of its properties. Besides, we study its relationship with the homological functors \(Tor_n\) and \(\overline{EXT}^n\).
