| Popis: | Restrictions on the trade in cultural goods are of particular importance, constituting a special legal regime focussed to protect the Culture and Memory, aspects that have gained special importance nowadays. The present study intends to focus, above all, on the export, import and restitution of cultural goods, in the light of domestic law, but also under the terms of International Conventions, UNESCO and UNIDROIT, as well as European Directives. |
