Popis:	The article discusses methods for estimation the loaded deformation state of structural elements of hydro-pneumatic fixtures using modern software application. It also shows a complex approach to the use of constructive and technological methods of increasing the durability of details. The possibility of using the method of diamond burnishing is considered on the example of hardening the surface of the valve body and flang. Also, this method is compared with other known technological methods of surface hardening.
