Popis: Possible further development of the applications used here, including some newly developed concepts, may be oriented toward one important question regarding the classical limit of quantum mechanics: is quantum mechanics applicable at the macroscopic level? This question first arose during research into complex systems at the end of the last century. Following the strategy developed here, the relevant proposition is this: if macroscopic physical systems can be viewed as a special case of quantum-mechanical systems, as in, for example, von Neumann's theory of the measurement problem, then it is possible to observe, under specified conditions, the quantum mechanical behavior of those systems. The droplet-film structure submerged into the droplet homophase or double emulsion, including its formation-duration-destruction states as described in this presentation, will be considered close to the representative open macroscopic quantum system (OMQS) under the specified conditions. Hence, OMQS are quantum subsystems, that is, open quantum systems which are in inevitable permanent interaction with other physical systems, which may be called the environment. Could the theory of electroviscoelasticity presented here be useful in discussion and/or further elucidation related to the problems of the experimental and theoretical status of decoherence?
