Popis: Presentation of Case First admission. A sixty-seven-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of pain in the ribs and back. He had been well until a year previously, when he had an episode of pain in the chest and on admission to another hospital was told that he had had a heart attack. He was well thereafter until four months before admission, when he began to experience continuous dull, aehing pain in the left anterior portion of the chest, with radiation down the inner aspect of the left arm. Three months later he entered another hospital; a digitalis preparation . . .
