Today in Ukraine there are active attempts to transform the defense planning system to NATO standards. One of the important elements of such a transformation is the transition of the functioning of Ukraine's defense planning system to planning using the "capability-based planning method." One of the imperfections of the existing system of defense planning in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the system of indicators and criteria for evaluating the existing and prospective capabilities of the Armed Forces. In the article, the authors formed their views on the possible construction of a system of indicators and criteria for military-economic substantiation of requirements for the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the formation of medium- and long-term programs and their development plans. The proposed system of indicators for the military-economic substantiation of the requirements for the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the basis for the formation of a methodological apparatus for substantiating the requirements for the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account the economic capabilities of the state. |
