Popis:	The project of building of a modern electric furnace plant (miniworks) for the production of tube billets (annual output of 950 ths t) in Pervoural’sk is considered. This plant consists of a 120-t arc furnace, a ladle-furnace unit, and two continuous casters, and the billets will be delivered to the Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant and the Pervoural’sk Tube Plant.
