Popis: | Indoor air quality is important for mental health and a comfortable environment inside the rooms. Poor indoor air quality has an impact to the sick building syndrome in occupants in the rooms. Physical and microbiological are factors that influence indoor air quality. The purpose of this study is to measure indoor air temperature, humidity, and microbiology in Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur in the morning and afternoon. The method used field measurement, microbiological laboratory analysis, and regression test by SPSS. High temperature and microbiology occur in the afternoon, humidity is not significant between morning and afternoon. Temperature and humidity were influenced by ventilation and the use of air conditioners in the rooms. Ventilation, the efficiency of air circulation, building type, maintenance of air conditioner, and occupant density are factors in getting clean and healthy indoor air quality to keep a comfortable environment. The statistical analysis resulted that temperature and humidity have not affected the indoor air microbiological increase. |
