Scientific research is an important function of modern colleges and universities, for teachers who undertake major basic courses, they has undertaken basic teaching for a long time, their scientific research development has been constrained, which are mainly expressed in the following aspects: weak scientific research consciousness, weak scientific research ability, weak scientific research atmosphere, and insufficient scientific research impetus, so it is very necessary to improve their scientific research ability.
