Popis:	Focal cemento-osseous dysplasia is a benign fibroosseous lesion that can be seen in dentulous and edentulous patients mainly in middle aged women. Although it is asymptomatic condition associated with vital teeth and needs no treatment but symptomatic patients require surgical debridement and sequestrectomy. We present a case report of symptomatic focal cemento-osseous dysplasia which requires surgical intervention.
