As an indispensable part of the electric bicycle, lithium battery protector has received extensive attention and research. To solve the disparity problem of the battery's SOC between each monomer, this paper proposed a positive equalization algorithm based on outliers. Through the establishment of voltage outlier model of battery monomer, this method can eliminate the instantaneous error generated from the basic voltage instability, and then improve the accuracy of voltage acquisition, and reduce the risks of equalization. At the same time, a lithium battery intelligent protector of electric bicycle based on active equalization is designed in this paper. This protector has the function of over-charge and over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and equalization protection as well as the function of programmable control and CAN communication transceiver. It's convenient for the user to monitor the battery state timely so as to realize the intelligentization of protector. The experiment results show that the protection system designed make high precision and low power consumption, and the equalization error is less than 50mV, which can improve the conversion efficiency and prolong the life span of the battery. |
