Popis: | A promising technology is demonstrated for dealing with solid domestic wastes (SDW): gasification in a molten metal, which means that SDW can be used with high efficiency as energy and/or chemical sources and simultaneously providing composite building materials from the ash fraction, while meeting tight ecological standards. A thermodynamic analysis has been performed of SDW gasification, and the waste-free technology of producing synthesis gas is simulated by the use of melt gasification of solid hydrocarbons. The proposed technology of gasification in molten metal provides for the production of synthesis gas not only from SDW and industrial wastes but also from biomass of various types, oil sludge, peat, and coal. |
