Popis: | This study investigates structure and mechanical properties of air plasma sprayed coatings from Ni–20Cr alloy, that were then finished using electromechanical treatment (EMT). As a consequence of the coating thus formed, surface microhardness at 200 gf increased from 1950 ± 250 MPa to 4200 ± 200 MPa, elastic modulus increased from 67 ± 3 GPa to 131 ± 5 GPa, shear adhesion strength increased from 55 ± 15 MPa to 183 ± 15 MPa, and number of pores in the coating structure reduced from 8.0 ± 1.5% to 2.0 ± 0.5%. |
