Popis: It is very important for clinics to receive information about properties of immune competent cell lymphocyte (ly) with the express method. Fluorescence methods of analysis settled down these requirements [1], At Riga Technical University was synthesised a new fluorescent probe-derivative of 3-aminobenzanthrone — ABM ( conditional name). ABM is neutral membrane probe, non-toxic for cells, photostable, sensitive to polarity changes of microenvironment, localised in the depth of phospholipid bilayer of cell membrane. Flow cytometric experiments observed strong bimodal distribution with high (90%) and low (10%) ABM fluorescence intensity (F) respectively [2, J.Fluorescence (accepted)]. The spectral characteristics of ABM in cell suspension and several parameters of the immune state are determined in different pathologies.
