Popis: For socially significant systems an achievement of expected quality of different service functions at admissible expenses is very important and needs to be explained. Here the methodological approachfor probabilistic estimating stakeholders satisfaction is proposed. For given time of prediction the results of approach application are: expected and real parts ofservice functions performing with admissible quality, expected expenses for satisfying interests of stakeholders, relative parts of stakeholders satisfaction connected with quality and costs. Stakeholders satisfactionis estimated in dependence on expected and real frequencies of performing differentservice functions, expected and realmean costs forfunctions performing, damages for the cases of inadmissible quality infunctions performing, mean time before essential changes of admissible quality, thefrequency of control and recovering, required quality of functions performing and also defined system lifetime, the costs of system development, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. The variants of optimization problems in the life cycle of systems are proposed. An example illustrating the possibilities of the proposed approach is given in application to multifunctional social center
