Popis: | The developed model of self-organizing polymer chains with intra- and intermolecular interactions of dipole type was used for a description of the effect of birefringence in surface nano-layers in the polymer films, evaporated from a solvent. Calculations of planar orientation order parameter depending on the Kuhn's segment length, and also calculations of the birefringence coefficient depending on the thickness of films are in the good accordance with experimental data on studying of ordering, obtained by the method of the inclined polarized beam for various polymer homologues. |
