5-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-aminopyrazine (13) was synthesized from 2-aminopyrazine (9) through two steps including monobrominated reaction, Suzuki-Miyaura coupling and the structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectrum. The synthetic method of 13 was optimized and can be used to synthesize 5-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-aminopyrazine derivatives. |
