Popis: | This Paper introduces Decentralized Decisions – a decentralized and quantum secure voting software. In doing so, this Paper makes three central contributions. First, this Paper describes the infrastructure for the Algorand Network, including software synthesis and smart contract analysis. Second, it introduces Choice Coin as a mechanism for decentralized decision making in the form of voting for both political elections and corporate capital allocations. Finally, this Paper advances the edge in blockchain technology, converging systems toward quantum artificial intelligence and creating a system for singular security across decentralized databases. |
