Popis: | Homotransplantation of lymph cells of mice immunized with the chemically purified Vi-antigen provides a high degree of protection from infection with typhoid bacilli on the 2nd day after the transfer of the cells. As demonstrated, this protection is bestowed by the action of the cells transferred. |
