| Popis: | We describe two cases of de novo membranous glomerulopathy in the renal allograft, with unusual histologic findings. In one patient the allograft nephrectomy specimen showed numerous foam cells in the intima of hyperplastic arteries along with prominent features of chronic rejection. In the other patient, prominent IgM deposits were seen in the glomerular mesangium without chronic rejection. |
