The aircraft brake system is one of the most important airborne subsystems, which determines the braking distance and aircraft safety. The efficiency of aircraft brake system is one of the most important parameters of aircraft brake system. How to match the brake system based on the efficiency of the brake system is always a difficult problem. In this paper, a method of brake system matching based on brake efficiency constraint is proposed for large aircraft. First, an accurate model of the whole plane and the brake system are established. Secondly, the simulation and performance test of each component of the brake system are carried out. Finally, based on the integral simulation of the aircraft brake system, the matching design method is obtained. The matching design method proposed in this paper can proceed from the efficiency of the brake system to carry out the component performance design and parameter design thus constituting the entire aircraft brake system, providing a new idea for the design of the brake system of large civil aircraft. |
