Popis: A 23-year-old patient with hypoplastic breasts and grade 1 ptosis had breast augmentation with Siltex, high-profile, silicone gel implants. Postoperatively, she complained that she was not happy because the implants were too small and too wide apart, there was a degree of ptosis, there was rippling on the right laterally and left inferiorly, the skin on the right inferior border can be pushed under implant, and there was reduced sensation of all skin over breasts and nipple-areolar complexes (NAC).
