| Popis: | This article aims to report the role of the quality improvement radiology nurse. The quality improvement nurse must possess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to deliver safe and quality care. There is a lack of guidance that describes the role of the quality improvement radiology nurse. The Quality Education for Nurses Framework and Kotter's model both provide a foundation for describing the role of the quality improvement radiology nurse. More research is needed to analyze the role of the quality improvement radiology nurse. Implications to nursing practice, education, and research are discussed. |
