Popis: | Antemortem diagnosis of amelanotic metastatic melanoma to jejunum was made in a 35-year-old white man, who is still alive and healthy. Electron microscopy, in addition to finding premelanosomes, revealed virus-like intranuclear inclusions. Nuclear pockets and junctions of endoplasmic reticulum were also observed. |
