Popis: | We designed our original total blood transfusion system in utilizing computer performance to the fullest.This system is characterized by 1. labor-saving by use of code-input and utilization of characterfree input area, 2. utilization of data-base by net-works to each division, 3. realization of effective operation in synchronizing patient's name reference with each processing scene, 4. supplementation of information of “color” such as blood expenditure slip in use of color-printer, 5. precise and speedy process and output to blood expenditure slip by application of bar-code, 6. check of multiple blood-typing data on the scene as a countermeasure and modification of registration process at the time of processing abnormal pattern (ex. ABO incompatible), and 7. effective utilization of blood preparations in use of a list of blood preparation issued status and a notice list of expired and soon to expire blood preparations, etc.This blood transfusion system allowed us to carry out blood transfusion management more safely and speedily by drastic reduction of manpower and time-costing labor for clerical work and statistical analyses, reduction of mistaken input and misposting, and getting hold of blood preparations and information for patients and donors. |
