Popis: | High-temperature synthesis of boron nanowires with a fixed structure, spherical nanoparticles, cylindrical nanowires, and nanofilms of indium created a basis for theoretical studies of the nanochemistry of the boron family. The melting temperatures of these nanomaterials were studied as depending on their structural properties and electronic structure, as well as Tm trends in MxBy nanoborides, where M = Ti, Zr, or Hf; V, Nb, or Ta; Cr, Mo, or W; Fe, Co, or Ni. |
