Popis: | In this study, a simple pH-colorimetric film was developed to detect the spoilage of pasteurized milk. The biosensor was fabricated by incorporating the pH-sensitive anthocyanins (AC) extracted from blue pea (Clitoria ternatea L.) flower into a starch-based edible film.
