Popis: | Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in biotechnical systems associated with the implementation of technological processes for the production of crop products is a complex system problem, the solution of which requires not only an assessment of the parameters of the technical condition of technological machines, but also the correctness of the certain actions of the human operator of the machine-tractor unit, as well as the properties of production items and sanitary and hygienic working conditions. One of the effective methods of technogenic nature in solving the problem related to minimization of technological risks leading to chemical contamination of the agricultural environment during the operation of the investigated complex is to equip it with digital automated devices for active control of the quality of dosing of introduced materials, which would promptly provide real-time forecasting of the state of the investigated object and carry out information-measuring and restoration functions. The creation of automated active monitoring devices required special experimental studies under normal operation conditions with obtaining a large amount of data and their statistical processing, the results of which formed the basis of this development. |
