Popis:	The article presents the results of a comprehensive preventive medical examination of schoolchildren in the dynamics of their teaching from the first to the eleventh classes. The age and gender features of the dynamics of pathological prevalence, the structure of diseases and health groups of pupils at different stages of learning were defined on the base of longitudinal study. Critical periods and gender features of health formation in schoolchildren of present-day educational establishments are determined.
