Popis: | Nowadays the i r rad ia t ion of po lymers in a ga s -d i s cha rge p l a sma is widely used to modify po lymer s in o r d e r to change cer ta in sur face c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s . The t r e a t m e n t of po lymers by ine r t gases ac t ivated in a ga s -d i s cha rge p l a sma i n c r e a s e s the i r adhesive power in printing and gluing [1, 21. By i r rad ia t ing the sur face of incompatible po lymers in a g a s d i s c h a r g e p l a sma i t is possible to obtain two-component f ibers and complex f i lms without adhesive l aye r s [3]. The act ive s i tes fo rmed in the sur face of po lymer s by the action of a ga s d ischarge p l a sma may be used for g ra f t po lymer iza t ion [4-6]. Etching in a h igh-f requency d ischarge p l a sma is used in the p repara t ion of spec imens for e l ec t ron mic roscopy [7, 8 I. |
