Popis: In the recent decades, people use the sensor technology in so many applications. So there is need of development and production of sensor materials for sensors. It requires an easiest way of material production and less processing time. In the present study Ni doped SnO2 particles were synthesized by a simple sol-gel method. Sol-gel method is a simple method and it is very easy to fabricate SnO2 high quality films. The synthesized Ni doped SnO2 nanoparticles were characterized by studying their structure with XRD and composition with Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDS) analysis. The size of the particle is estimated using particle size analyzer and transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). The optical studies were carried out by Uv-Vis spectrometer. Vibrational analysis was done with Raman spectroscopy and FTIR studies. Morphology Studies done with Scanning electron microscope (SEM. Average Crystallite size is range from 6 to 9 nm and has the Wt % of Ni is nearly stoichiometric.. The results will be discussed in detail as follows.
