Development of a fast mid-infrared integrating optical mutichannel analyzer

Popis:	We developped an optical multichannel analyzer for the 2-5 µm infrared band based on a 288x4 pixels CdHgTe detector, hybridized on a CCD chip, manufactured by SOFRADIR. It is cooled with liquid nitrogen, and mounted on a 250 mm focal length Czerny-Turner monochromator.
