Decomposition of the hysteresis loops of nanocrystalline alloys below and above the decoupling temperature

Popis: The magnetic properties of an ultra-soft nanocrystalline alloy are investigated in a wide temperature range. The change in temperature gives rise to changes in the magnetic properties of the ongoing magnetic processes, i.e. the domain rotation, DR and the domain wall movement, DWM, acting simultaneously. By the use of the hyperbolic T(x) model, the constituent processes are separated and the changes are mapped below and above the decoupling temperature. The results show that with increasing temperature, the contribution of DR changes in favour of DWM. Over ∼480 °C, an abrupt superparamagnetic transition occurs. Experimental results and results calculated by using the hyperbolic model are given in graphical form. The results are in good agreement.
