Popis: | The bacteria Bacillus mucilaginosus were immobilized on chitin sorbents. Exopolysaccharides produced byB. mucilaginosus were capable of efficiently sorbing copper ions. A composite biosorbent involving the chitin derivative Khizitel with immobilized B. mucilaginosus cells at the stage of active exopolysaccharide synthesis was developed. |
