Popis:	Presented herein is a novel method for the detection of tryptophan–ligand interactions utilising magnetic circular dichroism. Two examples are presented, one a small molecule and another, a large polysaccharide, heparan sulfate. These data are also the first reported example of a Trp–glycosaminoglycan interaction shown by magnetic circular dichroism.
