Popis: An ( r , 1)-design is a linear space (i.e. a finite incidence structure in which through 2 different points there is exactly one line and where every line contains at least 2 points) where through every point there are exactly r lines. In this paper the 13849 ( r , 1)-designs with 13 points are discussed. All ( r , 1)-designs with at most 12 points were constructed earlier in [6] and [7].
